Description
The Weber Spirit E-325 is a three burner LPG gas barbecue built for regular family cooking and relaxed weekend entertaining. Running on a standard LPG gas bottle, it offers a practical balance of cooking capacity and footprint, making it a sensible choice for suburban backyards, decks, courtyards and balconies where space is limited but performance still matters.
Two stainless steel Boost Burners sit beneath the Sear Zone on the right-hand side of the cooking area, delivering additional heat for searing steaks, seafood and vegetables. The three main burners give you a broad temperature range for grilling, roasting, baking and low and slow cooking, while Snap-Jet ignition lets you light each burner individually with one hand. Heavy-duty porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking grills heat quickly and hold temperature well, and the included cast-iron half hotplate handles onions, burgers, eggs and other smaller foods that need a solid surface.
Underneath, stainless steel Flavorizer bars catch and vaporise cooking juices to add flavour while funnelling grease away from the burners to help reduce flare-ups. A grease management system with a removable tray keeps cleaning straightforward, and the cast-aluminium cookbox is built to withstand outdoor conditions without rusting or peeling. Hammertone metal side tables fold down when not in use, and the side rails accept Weber Works snap-on accessories, sold separately, for extra prep and storage space. A warming rack, tool hooks and an enclosed cart for the gas bottle round out a well-considered outdoor cooking package.
