It is a modular oven and accessory system designed and constructed to be one of the most portable pizza ovens available. With space for a 12-inch pizza or a cast-iron pan, it suits home cooks who want restaurant-style results in almost any outdoor setting.
Performance comes from a lateral gas burner that recreates a traditional flame. Tread’s lateral gas burner recreates a wood-fired rolling flame, creating a balance of high performance and precise control, making it easy to cook all kinds of pizza and more. It has room for a 12-inch pizza or cast-iron pan and reaches 500°C, as shown by its built-in thermometer. An adjustable flame lets you dial in the right heat for Neapolitan, New York or thicker-crust styles, as well as searing steak, fish and roasting vegetables.
Durability and portability are central to the design. Tread features a rugged aluminium and steel construction paired with a removable cordierite cooking stone, making it durable yet lightweight. It heats up as fast as 15 minutes, then cools down as quickly as 20 minutes, so you are not waiting to pack up and go. A range of modular accessories, including the Venture Stand, lets you set up a practical outdoor cooking space wherever you travel.
