The Gozney Arc Lite is a compact gas-powered pizza oven designed to bring genuine live-fire cooking to smaller outdoor spaces. Built with the same materials, thermal performance and flame dynamics as Gozney’s flagship ovens, it delivers pizzeria-style results in a form that suits balconies, courtyards, outdoor kitchens and backyard entertaining areas. It runs on LPG for fast, controllable heat, so you can be cooking within minutes of firing it up.
At the heart of the Arc Lite is Gozney’s signature lateral rolling flame, which moves horizontally across the top of the cooking chamber much like a traditional wood fire. This wraps food in even, consistent heat, producing crisp, airy bases and a well-charred, leopard-spotted crust. Reaching true live-fire temperatures of up to 500°C, the oven cooks a 12-inch Neapolitan-style pizza in around 60 seconds and is equally suited to searing steak, roasting vegetables, baking flatbreads and finishing seafood.
A 12 mm removable cordierite stone floor stores and releases heat evenly for reliable results bake after bake, while dense insulation helps the oven reach temperature quickly and hold it through repeated cooks. Weighing just 12 kg with no assembly required, the Arc Lite is easy to position and move as needed. Simply place it on a stable, non-combustible surface, connect the fixed gas hose to your gas supply, and ignite using the intuitive front-facing dial. Finished in Off Black, it offers a clean, modern look that suits any outdoor cooking setup.
